I went to see Elena as I was looking tired all the time and felt self conscious about it. Elena took her time to listen to what I wanted and examined me carefully to see what really suited my face and personality. I had several sessions each separated by a few months of Botox and fillers for my cheekbones, tear troughs (dark circles under my eyes), nasa-labial folds, lips , chin and jaw and the transformation is phenomenal! She understood that I was looking for a natural fresher look and that's examined what I achieved! Elena was very reassuring, caring and professional throughout . I really liked her patience and how meticulous she did all injections, making sure that I did not feel the slightest soreness! She also told what to expect after each procedure and continued to be supportive and checked up on me regularly to make sure that everything went well, even though I did not experience the smallest bruise! The results are truly remarkable, I think Elena did her magic once again and I feel great about my face and confident with my new look! For years I had a massive tummy and as the cost was so much less than in the UK, I decided to go to Prague to have a tummy tuck. Although the op went ok, I still had a massive bulge on my abdomen, massive, they literally just done the saggy apron so I was still very unhappy. The size of my upper abdomen interfered with everything I did, everything I wore, just everything. I did a lot of research and Elena Prousskaia stood out from all the other surgeons so I made an appointment. I was not disappointed, Elena's manner and kindness meant a great deal. Elena explained everything to me, my abdomen wasn't as much fat but my muscles were non existent. The procedure was explained to me, how my muscles would be repaired, the aftercare and so on. I decided to bite the bullet and booked in for September 2019. The results, well what can I say apart from absolutely amazing. My abdomen bulge has gone and it is and it's only three months since the op so in another few months it will be even better. I am so so happy. The aftercare is first class, I couldn't have wished for better care from the nurses or Elena. I would suggest anyone thinking of going to Prague for major plastic surgery should think very hard, it may be cheaper but it doesn't mean you will be happy with the results. I wish I had gone to Elena in the first instance, I would have saved myself some money and would have been happier 4 years ago.

After many years (20+) of wanting a Abdominoplasty I was able to come to The Spire and have it done. I chose Elena Prousskaia (out of a few names that they give you) and I am so glad I did. I have never come across such a caring Consultant. Elena will talk you through everything and keep asking you if you understand what the procedure entails and everything else that goes with it. Elena puts you at ease and makes sure her Patients are very well cared for. Aftercare is no different either, Elena is always there if you need her for any reason. I wouldn't think twice in recommending Elena and can't thank her enough for giving me this beautiful sculptured body. Elena your a very talented Lady and I'm happy to have been under your care.

I had wanted a breast reduction for a long time and when I discovered Elena I immediately made an appointment. I took a long list of questions with me, but Elena covered absolutely everything. Even showing me a video model of the procedure. My scars are barely visible and its only been 8 weeks. I now have perfect “smaller” boobies, my back doesn’t hurt, and my clothes fit really well. Elena is a warm and friendly surgeon with a lovely bedside manner, she is extremely patient and answered all of my many emails.
